We advise that you book your trip at least 30 days in advance of your preferred travel dates to Orlando. If you have shorter notice, we can see what accommodations are available. With 30 days notice, we generally have the most inventory and options available and can get the dates you request. There are no blackout dates for your Orlando trip, you can travel during the Winter Holidays, Spring Break, and the Fourth of July.
Once you make your reservations, confirmations are sent via email. They will contain where to check in to your accommodations, what time to arrive and if you need to go to a Welcome Center.
